“APH B-Ham was a bit confusing at first as it is run alongside Airparks and it was self- park not like that of Hams Hall now redundant. For me B-Ham is easier to get to as it is not far off The Coventry road. The system seems to work but keeping the car keys seemed strange at first. The reception staff were courteous and informative. Perhaps a better parking surface would be more appropiate at the moment it is rather rough underfoot particulary in the dark.”
“we've used this parking service many times and have never had poor service as we did this time round. On arrival, our booking wasn't registered and the operator blamed another company which lead to us missing the bus to the airport. So we waited 40 min whilst the second driver was having his lunch, Great!!
On arrival, we waited over 45min in the cold the bush stand has poor protection. As far as i was led to believe the service is every 20 min turnaround.”

“More staff required to help with faster drop off and pick up. Uneven surface of parking areas which to standing water to negotiate when walking and pulling suitcases from parking”
