“Used them quite a few times. The Staff are pleasant and helpful. We just missed a bus as one left as we arrived, we were told about 15 mins for the next one. Ended up waiting about half an hour for a bus and that gave us problems at the airport due to the current problems at Birmingham airport due to their security upgrades that we were unaware of. No problems on the way back, 5 min wait at the airport.”

In my experience, there were no marked parking spaces
The approach to the parking area was unmetalled
The transfer time was acceptable
The transfer buses were punctual, frequent and punctual
All staff were friendly and courteous

“Arrival & check in was easy, parking close to bus station, nothing seemed a far walk from it really. Buses however don’t run every 15 mins as states; more like every half hour (during daytime) even though empty buses were sitting there with drivers in?
On return, bus took so long we stopped bothering to look at the time we had waited. Finally a bus came & even though it was 3am & the bus had only 3 people on it, we were told it was for express tickets only & had to wait for another one?!? Non-express took another age to come. When it did show up, we boarded & then the bus driver shut the doors & turned off the engine for a while?! No idea what that was about! We were exhausted, cold & fed up by that point!
Area of location for the carpark was a weird drive too - 20 min bus ride from airport, but in the middle of a rough looking estate. Wasn’t confident about the safety of the car but no issues personally so may be a fine area, just doesn’t look it on passing through”
