“Upon arrival it went very well. Upon return the bus driver initially refused our ticket saying it wasn't airparks/aph but when we described where we had left the car he let us on the bus. The main drawback is the location. Hams Hall was better all round for ourselves. The route in when you are not familiar with Birmingham was stressful”
“Quick and Easy, directed where to park with no problems. Bus arrived quickly , and on return to airport only waited 5 mins for one to arrive. Have used before and will use again. Highly recommend”

One small criticism. The shuttle bus drivers need to be better informed about the ticket you hold for the return trip. I was advised that the next bus would take me to my car but I stayed on that bus because I recognised the destination name. Several people were turned away who may well have tried to board the correct shuttle. Alls well with this company”
