“Very easy, just drove into car park was directed where to park, and given a ticket to tell us where to wait when we returned from holiday. Parked up and took keys with me, short wait for airport bus, got on bus which then took us straight to departures. On return, went to the bus stop stated on our ticket, got on bus and was taken straight back to APH car park where our car was still parked where we had left it. Excellent service. Will use again when flying from Birmingham airport.”

“Having paid for parking with APH at Mackadown Lane, Birmingham, an emergency happened and I could not park my car. I was VERY disappointed to be told that I could not have a refund or a credit note because APH do not own the site.
A claim form has been sent via email to claim on my insurance BUT, I am not a happy customer after having parked with APH for many years.
Any company is good whilst everything is straightforward, but the proof comes how a problem is solved. NOT passed on to the insurance as in my case.”
