“Very easy to park here and really well priced. A very simple process and you get to keep your own keys. Well run, we arrived at 5am and left at midnight so runs well at all hours”
“Have used APH for many years at Birmingam & Gatwick. Not happy with the service at Birmingham this time. The site seems to be run by Airparks now. On arrival they couldn,t find my booking.
On return had difficulty locating my car as the ticket was not very specific. Ticket would not open the barrier. The courtesy bus seemed to take an age to arrive. Used to be every 15 mins but now 30 mins i believe.”
“Was a very Disappointed on returning to the air park to collect my car has we had to wait 1 hour for the bus in the end then was told we had to get on some other bus because there was some accident has I’ve been using the air park for some years but wasn’t happy on this occasion”
