“Easy to book and very easy system once at the car park, very polite, pleasant staff. Shuttle bus ride about ten minutes and was waiting on our arrival at the car park and at the airport on return. would definitely use again, good value as booked with one night hotel accommodation.”
“As soon as we pulled up, the staff were expecting us, due to providing registration number. The gentleman who showed us were to park and gave us a ticket for the return shuttle and advised to keep it safe. Was friendly and polite.
Toilets on site, which was great! Whilst we were waiting for the shuttle bus there was a poster with a Q R code to scan so you could track the shuttle bus on return.
Shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes to take us to the airport. Driver was friendly and trip was quick.
On return, we arrived at the airport at 12am. We made our way to Bus stop A, and could see there was already a shuttle bus there. So I started to run to catch it. I could see the doors closing and the driver pulling away but luckily he saw me and stopped for us to get on and was really chilled and patient about it. But we were so relieved as it was in the early hours of the morning and when we picked up our vehicle, we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. So we were made up we didn't have to wait for another shuttle bus. When we got off the bus with thanked the driver for stopping, to let us get on and advised we were really grateful. He said no problem and wished us a safe journey home.
So as far as we are concerned APH Birmingham self park give a first class service and we will definitely be booking them again and would definitely recommend them.”
“Good parking surface. Facilities good. Transfers can be long because of the waits, we had to wait over 30 mins to the airport.Return transfer was long too because we had to sit on the hot bus a long time.”
“The service was excellent my wife has a mobility issue the driver and the car park staff were very helpful,the journey to the airport was very good but the journey back to the car park was excellent the driver and a member of staff helped to load our luggage onto the bus and also helped my wife to get on the bus,when we arrived at the car park the staff helped us to get off the bus helped with the luggage went and got a chair for my wife while I went to get the car let me park right by the office so my wife did not have to walk any distance.”
