“Finding the car park was easy, with the aid of Google Maps. Once there it could not have been easier park in the arrivals Lane to be met by a staff member they've all your details on there pda and instructed us where to park issuing you with a small ticket for the bus back (tip take a photo of it incase you lose it)
Once parked, pick up the bus for a 15 minute drive to the main terminal and enjoy your holiday. And on return get on where you got off bus stop 2 and back to your car and simply drive out with ANPR the barrier opens.”
“It was a bit if a way from the airport, but it was easy enough to find, and the buses promised to take me to and from the airport were just as described.”
“Very easy meet and greet at the car park. Bus left within 10 minutes of our arrival and parking our car in an available space. Travelling to B'ham Airport another passenger discovered he had left hi and his wifes passports and boarding passes in his vehicle and thought he would need to return on the bus to the carpark . he had a conversation with the driver who contacted the depot and they arranged to get the documents from the car and send them on the next bus. Excellent service we thought.”
