“Have always used APH when flying from Birmingham and taking my own car. It’s a lot bigger than it used to be but just as easy. My only negative is that its not that easy to reverse out of your space due to the close proximity of each row of parked cars”
“Everything was smooth running about from when waiting for the bus to return to the car park it is very confusing which bus to get because there is multiple buses also we was told buses ran every 15 mins but we stood there for a very long time I just feel at that time of the night you should be watching the flights more and making sure there is a bus waiting for us because after a long day of traveling then having to wait 15mins to 30mins for that bus is long”
“Arrived on time parked our car and this time taken our keys with us.
Got on the bus provided took around 15mins to the airport
When we landed collected our cases waiting a couple of mins for the free bus to take us back to our car
