“Signage to the on site carpark is quite poor so as we arrived in plenty of time, we rang, explained we were booked in on site. Grumpy guy who answerd the phone said " oh, never take any note of the post code on the website, then gave us an address which was 25 minutes drive away, when we arrived the people on this new site ( who were really helpful) said we had been sent to the worng one gave us another postcode of the on site one which was back to where we phoned from ( the carpark we needed has a different sign not APH). nearly an hour driving around birmingham outskirts.Missed our express lane, missed the lounge booking (both paid for) . Pity as the carpark we had booked and the very short bus service are both in good positions. Cheers APH - you cost us both time and money .Please train your staff!”

“Very easy to use. Checked in. Parked in the zone that I was told to. Very easy to find. Waited 5 minutes for a bus. Easy return as well. Easy to find the bus stop, waited about 5 minutes for the bus. Kept your car keys so was straight back to my car and out.”
“The booking process was clear and the arrival and parking was seamless. My wife binned our ticket before our return flight but he team were incredibly helpful, spoke to the bus driver and directed us back to the correct place to recover our vehicle.
