“Went to wrong car park by mistake (maybe I should have checked more before setting out, but address details are not that clear) but was soon directed to where I should have been. Car park surface is a bit rough, but cant complain if the price is ok. Transfer bus freindly and no waiting around. Only niggle is that we were thinking of staying in Spain a few more days than planned but we couldn't extend our car park stay on line or phone. Only choice was to pay extortianate overstay fees or it would have been cheaper to fly home, move the car then fly back to Spain.”
“Unfortunatley we found the experience time consuming and old fashioned.
Due to the queue to register (it was 5am!!!), it took 40 mins to get registered, park car and arrive at the terminal. What we found strange was that once registered ,we had to wait 5 mins for an official car to escort us to a space.
The transport from the airport back to the car park was only 3 mins but to exit the car park we had to wait 5 mins for the guard in the booth to open the barrier.”

“Directions to the facility was confusing for what is a very easy arrival if your directions are”NOT” followed to the letter.
I made numerous calls to the phone number supplied on the information sheet, every call was directed to a mobile number answer machine and a return call was never received.
I also called the number from the airport pickup, bustop A at 2045 Saturday 6th January, this time it was unobtainable…..
I did speak to a young lady in an office I believe in Coventry who was very helpful and polite, but between us will still could not resolve the directions issue. Sadly I did not get her name, remiss I of mem”
