“Really well organised and convenient for Birmingham Airport. The escort cars direct you to parking rows and the buses collect nearby. Used it a couple of times and has felt safe and secure. Only issue is the tightness of the spaces and people’s ability to park! Had to squeeze in to the last space on the row but fortunately no damage on return.”
“Good instructions where to park. Short waits for bus both ways. Only criticism was that on return the bus driver dud not state which car park he was at for each stop.
