“Arrived and met at gate by staff member who was polite and informative. Found a car parking spave with ease and had to wait only a few minutes for the shuttle bus to get to the airport which was a very short drive. On return, managed to catch a bus within 15 minutes. Located car, went to exit gate and was able to leave with no fuss. All in all, no problems at all.”
“Easy to find. Allocated space that you are escorted to. Decent size spaces. Frequent clean bus to take you to the airport. Nice friendly staff who even helped me with my case on my return.”
“The staff were fabulous. The bus driver on collection from my holiday helped everyone with cases . Was clear and concise with information and had a lovely way about him .
When I left the bus he told myself and others to use our key fobs to find our cars - it was the early hours of the morning . I walked around for quite a while on my own and the. Bus caught back up with me , the driver spoke to me and then waited a short while to ensure I got to my car safely . This man deserves recognition and a pay rise , what a wonderful man to ensure I was safe !!! I came home on 04/10/25 at approx 1am from Tui 7351 from Ibiza ( hope this helps identify the driver )”
“The proximity to the airport is great however the condition of the tarmac is appalling , we couldn’t drag our cases over it and my car was in the opposite corner to the bus stop. Not a good start/end to the holiday . This needs to be looked at .”
