“We have used APH a number of times but were disappointed on this occasion when parking at Birmingham airport. Everything went well and on arrival we were directed to park in Zone 2. Whilst all the rest of the car park zones were tarmaced zone 2 wasn't and this was just a rough dusty surface and of course when wer returned the car was covered in a thick layer of this dust. Also on return we went to Bus stop A as advised but we hadnt been told that there were different coloured tickets so the queue was long but people said that the bus already in was Blue tickeyts only which was what we had!!!”
“Simple booking system. Chap on the gate when we arrived very friendly and explained clearly where to park and what we needed to do on our return. Very near to the airport and bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal.”
