“Fantastic service. Regular buses to transport straight to terminal and only a few minutes to get there. Car was safe and secure we had no issues. Special shout out to John the driver who was brilliant with our son who has adhd. He took the time to show him around the bus and let him sit in the drivers seat while we were awaiting for other passengers. This really calmed him down and made the beginning of our holiday extra special. Our son was disappointed that John wasn’t driving our bus on the way back, but he was on the next bus waiting at the stop when we got back to our car, and he took the time to open the door and call and wave to our son. He really is a credit to APH and takes pride in his job.”
“Parking was good value, simple and easy to access. The carpark was a bit rough underfoot so had to pick the suitcases up to avoid the wheels breaking, although we did choose the cheapest option so this may reflect the price. Transfer was quick and easy to get on with no waiting around. Would recommend others to use.”
“2 nd time using APH Express at Birmingham, once again a very good experience. Followed a van to a zone, short walk to a bus stop where a bus was waiting, the driver helped with the cases , a 4 minute drive to Jet 2 departures! Coming back , bus waiting again ,short drive to car park and ANPR to exit , very good service , will definitely use again !”
“Initially car park is difficult to find as not enough APH signage.Parking was easy and no to restrictive.The wait for the Blue ticket bus was delayed.White came yellow ticket came but no blue .At least a 20 minute wait.Otherwise fine.Goid price and security.”
