“We used APH when flying from Birmingham and received excellent service and good value for money. We also had to stay in the car park due to our flight being diverted because of inclement weather and the company were excellent in dealing witgh our late arrival”
“Staff are good and bus driver went back round after we accidentally missed our stop which was great. But site was not gritted in any way during very cold weather and when we returned it was extremely dangerous to leave the car park with ice sheets on the surfaces. It was also dangerous to attempt to reach the car with luggage. This is a sign that you are only doing the bare minimum. Very dissapointing for APH, usually a good quality company.”
“Convenient location. Our only problem was finding it, mainly because I booked through APH and put APH parking into Google Maps, as it said not to use the postcode. That was a totally different place. And directions from the South in the email were not obvious. How do you know which is Bird Island roundabout? 'On Airport way, the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bickenhill Lane' does not make much sense - we went down Airport Way, which was clearly wrong. It would be better to start from a known point, like from M42 take the A4545 towards Birmingham Airport and NEC.
Maybe the roads have changed since directions were written.”
“We usually use this car park. This time however we had problems getting out of the car park due to ice and snow that hadn't been cleared. We needed a push. The staff should have salted the roads. Usually no issue”
