“Easy to find from M42. Appreciated being led to available parking, bus easily accessible and frequent. Returning close to midnight the bus driver was very caring about making sure I accessed my car easily and I felt safe.”
“Very friendly staff on arrival giving clear instructions to park. Bus was quite quick to arrive and friendly drivers. I would definitely use again as was a quick 3 minute ride to the airport. We didn’t have to wait long on our return .We would have appreciated more lighting in the car park particularly those spaces away from the bus route as this could be dangerous especially for women.”
