“The surface of the car park is terribly stony and hard work to wheel luggage on. There are no lane markings so you really have to remember where you parked which is not easy when it’s so dark early hours of the morning and pouring down with rain. Lack of exit signs were a hindrance. Staff were efficient and helpful. The bus transfer to the airport was efficient too. It’s just the site that needs improvement.”
