“Open air carpark near the airport.
Quite easy to miss and mix instructions with previous roundabout.
Poor quality stone lot with potholes.
No bays to park in so cars abandoned everywhere.
Bus service to get you back to the airport, which was very nice and waited for us. Return trip was definitely not a pleasant experience, rude driver, stroppy and unhelpful.
Very poor security, once you are in the compound you could help yourself to what ever car you want, we just drove upto the barrier which was open and the guy just waved us through with any checks.
Definitely will not use again”
“Fabulous close parking to the airport. Easy to find and great idea to follow the “parking” car to show you to a space! Took the stress off straight away!
Shuttle bus was waiting to go to the terminal. On arrival the bus can within minutes! Would use again and recommend to friends and family.”
“My sat system wouldn't respond, my phone disconnected from the car, so I was lost. Harvey came to my rescue to escort me to the car park this was unbelievably helpful given the situation plus my flight was leaving within the next 90 mins. I have health conditions, so this extra stress was affecting me. Harvey was very patient and little a knight in a white APH car. He went above and beyond. Thank you.”
“Whilst the car park served a purpose I found it difficult to find. Sat Nav doesnt take you up to entrance and lack of clear signs especially in the dark left me riding round aimlessly!
Staff and shuttle were fine which helped with my frustration.”
