“We were told to park in zone 2 on arrival. This area of the car park resembles a field rather than a car park with very poorly marked out spaces, we have parked with APH for years and never encountered a car park like this.”

“Excellent service as always with APH Express. It’s always good travelling in the bus to the car park and seeing holiday makers queuing for the exits in the main car park whereas with APH Express once you are back, it’s straight out!”
“I find Express parks a great service but as a disabled driver that needs to open my driver's door fully to exit therefor as you don't offer disabled parking i asked at the entrance if there was a possibility of an end space anywhere? Just to be told I can park where there's a space with no thought and compassion for lack of ability! Again I know you don't offer disabled parking but the effort would have been nicer, other than this it's very handy for the Airport....”
“Recently used APH Express parking at Birmingham Airport, which we have used before. Very happy with the process. Easy to book online. Large parking area, easily found. Bus waiting to take us the short distance to the Airport. Upon return, only a short wait for the return bus. Very pleased and will use again.”

“Upon arrival and checking in at the security gate, you then follow a vehicle that finds you a parking space. You get to keep your vehicle keys and the express bus takes you directly to the airport arrivals terminal. Absolutely brilliant”
