“Good experience. Able to park, get bus and get back without a problem. Had to park in a different zone to the one we were told to park at because there were no spaces but no problem.”
“On the whole a good experience. The transfer back wasn’t as good as it was difficult to hear the driver shout the numbers which meant we missed our stop. It would be better if it was on a speaker or it flashed up.”
“I have used APH many times and have always been pleased. On this occasion we used the APH express at Birmingham. The principle worked ok, the problem being that the area to park vehicles was not tarmaced. Conditions were wet and the ground uneven with puddles and mud. Pulling heavy suitcases across this was far from ideal. I will continue to use APH but would not use this facility in Birmingham unless I was assured the parking area was tarmaced.”
