Terrible: almost missed our flight due to the wrong address being provided with the booking.
Good: When we finally did get through on the phone, the member of staff gave is the right address to use.”

“Very hard to find, no postcode provided so googled it and took me to the wrong car park leaving us short of time.
No sign of a transfer bus, the intercom button at the bus stop didn't work so couldn't ask how long it would be and finally we set off walking with 3 other groups as no sign of it. Fortunately it's near to the train station so we were able to get the monorail from there.
On the way back the driver was so grumpy and rude to anyone who asked him a question and the bus was packed to a dangerous level.
Cannot recommend, wasn't even cheap at £48 for 2 nights.”
