“Cheery welcome from the chap in the booth. Directed us up to the top of the car park where his colleague would direct us. Apparently we were in zone 4. No colleague. Could not see any panel displaying 4. Parked up where we could and joined a group in the nearest shelter who had had similar experiences.
On way back was asked for the zone number- said 4 but then had to walk around until we recognised something and found the car. Have used APH over many years - this was the poorest experience.”
“This particular carpark is a nightmare to find. The postcode is incorrect and even the staff at the other location advised they have requested this to be changed. We were parked on muddy gravel so our suitcases were bogging on return. It is not clear what area your car is parked in so when getting odd the bus in the dark it was great fun! Not. If I fly from Birmingham again I will pay more to park elsewhere.”
“It is very good, very close to the airport, bus service very good. Only issue it was to find the parking as it is in a different name and no signs indicating .”
