“This car parking option is OK, but feels disorganised and amateurish. There could be some improvements made to make it an outstanding option:
The directions are incorrect as the penultimate roundabout is missing from the directions
The car park doesn't feature signage with APH on it, so makes it difficult to navigate to
When arriving, it was not clearly explained that you must wait for an escort vehicle to show you to your space and there is no clear signage as to where you should wait for the escort vehicle
The escort vehicle was just a white van with no indication of signage or flashing lights to identify it as such
The transfers to the airport are quite infrequent and therefore do not warrant being called express service
Didn't feel this represented good value for money

“Parking for departure was easy enough. The shuttle bus takes just under 5 minutes to get to thr airport.
The return shuttle took a bit longer than 15 mins to arrive .

“My worst experience yet . Sat nav directions that were emailed to me found a disused entrance on a roundabout, called the contact number which redirects to a mobile which is answered , left message which has not been acknowledged 4 days later , googled Aph and arrived at the wrong site then back in direction we came from . With a pacemaker fitted it’s not an experience I wish to repeat , also no sign of disability spaces which is surprising!! Sorry you’re normally good but let me down this time!”
“The signage does not say APH and is very misleading. It is air parks and caused huge confusion and stress trying to find the correct place. This was further complicated by the directions sending us to a facility that had closed the end of October. Once at the facility it was great. This needs addressing urgently to avoid others having unnecessary stress before they travel.”
“Ideally located close to the airport, Just a couple of minutes bus ride away. Secure site with friendly helpful staff and well organised. I will use again and recommend to my friends/colleagues.
Clear and easy to follow instructions for getting to the car park (e-mail) and what to do once I arrive.”
