“Struggled to find the venue, called the office and could not hear the instructions clearly, poor reception.
Bus drivers not friendly.
Couldn’t find the car on return , ticket advised car in Zone 5. Spoke to a colleague, not helpful.”
“The only problem we had was the sat nav location of the car park entrance was in correct. There was no signage anywhere. Fortunately we asked at the Airparks car park and were guided in the right direction. Even the staff there said it happened all the time.”
“Waiting for 20minutes plus in -4 whilst a new driver came on shift was not ideal. This is the first car park where the driver doesn't help with the luggage. Our watched as we struggled with our cases.”
“Found it difficult to find the place in the dark. A big sign with APH or even Express would help. Very easy to check in, to park and the transfer to the airport by bus was extremely good and fast.”
“We actually stumbled on entrance by accident. Not very well sign posted.
However the 4 star rating is because it was dark when we returned and could find no exit signs until we had driven around for a bit.
Always use APH as bus is usually reliable & staff are friendly. To be fare this was the first time using this particular site.”
