“The "new" West car park is SO convenient for BHX airport as well as onward travel upon return. Only criticism being difficulty in finding car upon return. I am a solo disabled pax but was not offered the chance to park in a "Blue Badge" area, which led to multiple problems on my return. Only the kindness of your staff, notably the bus driver (whose name sadly I don't know) and Roland Ross enabled me to FINALLY find my car and get me on my way. I was ill (pneumonia), exhausted and at the end of my tether so thank you, guys.”
