“The name change to Airport Express from APH needs more coverage. The trip to the car park and being shown to a free space worked very well, getting the bus for the short ride to Birmingham airport was a breeze too but on our return it was dark and pouring with rain, although the bus was quite easy to spot, it wasn't clear which bus stop to find (better signs would improve this and a few more signs inside the building would help too), the number of people that could shelter at the bus stop was about half the space needed for a cold rainy night. Overall would use this service again.”

Not signed well from road on arrival which made it really hard at a busy time. Also the parking spaces were extremely narrow in the allocated zone”
“Great alternative to onsite parking at Birmingham Airport but at virtually half the price. Easy arrival procedure, and less than a 5 minute wait for the shuttle bus in both directions. Very short trip to the airport, and would even be possible to cross over to the railway station and pick up the airport monorail, it's that close!
Would totally use again if needing to park at BHX.”

“Easy location to find the parking, very cheap parking. 9 days for £60 airport parking - really can’t complain. Secure parking also an easy and quick shuttle bus to the airport entrance. Left the car park on Christmas Eve and they still had bus shuttles running and members of staff working at the car park to assist us. Would use again.”
