Easy navigation to find and get too, staff were friendly and helpful and the bus service was super efficient and close to the airport. Outward no issues. On return we did have to wait 20 mins for bus to turn up, however I believe one of the other buses may have broken down.
Again there was a problem with bus driver not shouting loud enough to announce car park areas.”

This was all sent again in the confirmation email. I was a lone traveller and a bit daunted, I arrived about half an hour earlier than I'd stated on the booking but was allowed in, I was directed where to park and which bus to catch. No waiting at all, helped with my luggage, boarded the bus and then a short journey to Birmingham airport.
Disembarked the bus, again helped with luggage and off i went. The return journey was equally as uneventful. Knew exactly where to go to get the return bus, barely waited 5 minutes, caught the bus to the car park, got off and was on my way home less than half an hour after landing. No issues with my car, staff were brilliant, Excellent service will definitely use again and recommend to friends/family in the future”
