“Great service. I had booked parking with APH for 4 am at Gatwick airport. The Airline I was flying with decided to cancel my flight 12 hours before departure. I spent most of the evening trying to rebook flights for 3 people. I finally Rebooked Flights from Birmingham Airport at which time it
was too late to cancel and rebook my APH booking.. I sent an email to Customer services that evening which I would follow up by phone call at 9 am when Customer services opened. At 9 am I had received an email from APH stating I just needed to cancel my booking at Gatwick. I confirmed this with a phone call and the customer service rep was more than happy to discuss and support me with a refund straight away and a rebooking for Birmingham Airport APH .

“Buses, were available straightaway. Drivers were not the friendliest, and offered no help with heavy cases.
On the return journey, at 1 in the morning, just dropped us near the zone, not at the bus stop, so took us a while to find the car. Also a bit confusing when picking up from airport, different colour tickets, for different buses.”
“Excellent service, guided to a parking space, bus immediately waiting with helpful driver who loaded luggage. Short transfer to airport with instruction for return journey. Same experience on return journey, no wait at all and returned to car lane. Good value for money, would definitely use again.”
