“Good value parking at Birmingham airport. Seemed well organised and the bus transfers were very quick. The signposting for the site and actually on site needs improving.”
“All in all I would recommend this service but purely on the basis of for my 4 night stay it was cheaper to do this than get a taxi there and back to the airport.
The man directing us to the parking space was lovely. However the two gentlemen we interacted with on separate busses were really rude. The first interaction was when we arrived back at the airport we went to pick up point A as requested but managed to get on the wrong bus. When presenting the ticket I was rudely told abruptly i was on the wrong one. My mistake but a simple kind way of being told would have been nice. When finally getting on the correct one and being parked in zone 7. We was not aware that the bus does not actually take you into zone 7 and you mist walk part of the way. We did not hear the driver ‘shout’ zone 7 out when passing between 5-6 as we were at the back of the bus. We stayed on assuming 7 would come after 6. The bus driver stopped and shouted to us 2 remaining passengers at the back which stop did we need. We shouted back ‘zone 7 mate’ to be told ‘IVE ALREADY DONE THAT ONE. I SHOUTED 7 AT THE LAST ONE’ people make mistakes and can sometimes not have the best hearing. I apologised and explained I did not hear him at the time. We then got off as the last 2 in a different zone and dragged our cases to zone 7. Next time maybe when people make mistakes, specially after a long flight or just down to human error being a bit more understanding and nice would actually go along way.”
“Well situated car park. Had to wait for a few people to park their cars before the transfer bus would depart. Did have trouble locating the car park and went around the roundabouts a few times before finally finding it.”
