The only negative was the rough surface of the car park which isn't easy to wheel cases on, and in doing so has damaged my case. In hindsight we could have unloaded the car on the tarmac area near the bus stop, then parked the car.
An improvement could be to provide a 'drop off' zone to allow for unloading.
Overall really good value, compared to other paking options.”
“We returned to our car to find the key fob wouldn’t work. The car battery was flat. The staff were brilliant with their help. Jump leads, offers of hot drinks and constant check ups whilst we waited for roadside assistance. It needed a new battery!!”
