“Even with directions it was very difficult to find. Sat nav instructions were wrong and aph directions were only if you were coming from Birmingham. On return the bus driver dropped us off at wrong location having looked at our ticket so at 5 am we and many other couples were wandering around the car park looking for their cars.”
“i) Google map cannot locate the exact car park location; ii) Car park is a bit far away from the Airport, you need to allow extra time iii) considering the price and overall experience, I don't think I will use it next time or recommend to friend”

Very speedy ‘check in’ and plenty more f spaces to choose from if parking your own car.
The bus was already at the stop as we entered the car park however, it waits a short while for customer, so there was no need to panic and rush to get on the bus.
Very simple return back to the car park also.”

I’m really sorry to hear that the transfer time and return pickup didn’t meet your expectations. Waiting over 30 minutes for the bus, especially after travelling, is understandably frustrating, and I can appreciate why this didn’t feel like an “express” service.
The 2–3 minute transfer time quoted is based on the average journey under normal conditions, but we recognise that this isn’t always the experience in practice, particularly if there are operational delays.

“Easy check in and escorted drive to the parking area. Unfortunately Zone 2 which we were allocated to is not tarmaced and is heavily pot holed. Its also muddy which is not ideal for wheeled suitcases.”
