“Easy booking process. Arrived and they promptly directed us to a parking spot. Transfer bus only took around 5-10 minutes. Drivers were helpful and friendly and dropped us outside the terminal. The return journey was easy too- waited around 3 minutes for a bus to take us back to the car. Really efficient and easy. We would definitely book again.”
“The parking is poorly located. I was not able to make the parking due to emergency, the company would not refund me. It is extremely poorly sign posted. It feels like they deliberately made it difficult for anyone to park there. Never again ! You rather pay the little extra and use the normal airport parking that’s clearly sign posted. Don’t waste your time with this outfit.”

I’m really sorry to hear that you found the location difficult to find and felt it was poorly signposted. We understand how stressful that can be, especially when you’re travelling, and we’re sorry this was your experience.
In regard to the refund, I can see that you contacted us after the amendment/cancellation cut-off time. As outlined in our terms and conditions, once this deadline has passed we’re unfortunately unable to issue a refund for the booking. I do appreciate that this is disappointing, particularly given the circumstances you mentioned.
