“The location and transfers are excellent/quick, the transfer drivers are courteous and helpful- only complaint is the guy in the box by the barrier.... he rants out instructions, tells you APH are nothing to do with the car park, tells you to ignore everything in the info we were,sent, then rants on and on......we just needed to park!”

Needed to contact prior to return but it’s all AI and couldn’t get through to anyone, hence loss of star. Sometimes, especially when feeling stressed, I’d just rather talk to a human.”
“Great staff very friendly and no issues with parking initially - clear instructions and bus was there waiting for us. On way back we waited around 5 minutes for the bus back and got dropped off about 30 second walk from our car - driver was lovely and friendly! All in all would definately recommend :)”
