“We recently used this parking service at Birmingham Airport (on 13th February), and while the overall experience started stressful, it ended on an incredibly positive note thanks to one outstanding member of staff.
Our biggest issue was finding the correct car park. Even with satnav set to the booked location and fully active, we couldn't locate it. We ended up driving around in circles for nearly an hour, growing increasingly anxious as check-in time approached and we were still lost in the car. The signage and directions (or lack thereof) were really poor and caused genuine panic.
In desperation, we pulled into the Airparks car park on Mackadown Lane (the same company, but a different site that we hadn't booked). The staff member at the help desk was an absolute hero. He immediately took charge of the situation, rebooked us into that car park on the spot, arranged for the transfer bus to wait for us, and personally helped with our luggage. He genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we made our flight and didn't miss our holiday.
Without his quick thinking, kindness, and willingness to help, our trip could have been ruined. He is a credit to the company and exactly the kind of employee every business dreams of having.
The parking itself was fine once we arrived, but I strongly recommend the company improve directions and satnav guidance to prevent other customers from going through the same unnecessary stress.

Potholes and very mudy. too far to main road and tarmac surface. ruined a new pair of shoes for my holiday band got mt jeans covered in mud. mud all over my fiancies cloths too. Very unsatisfied with the parking. Will be looking at alternative parking in the future.”
