Transfer to the airport
No problems at all. Cheaper than every other company. Bus was waiting for us & took about 3/4 mins to terminal. No hassle. Will use again

Transfer to the airport
We recently used the APH Express carpark at Birmingham Airport. Excellent customer service with staff present at the gate 24/7, an escort to a space and a prompt shuttle service with friendly and helpful drivers to and from the airport. Signage to the carpark could be improved, however.

Transfer to the airport
I parked at APH Express car park at Birmingham Airport in Zone 5. Getting to the car park is really difficult because of the local road closures. There is also work being completed on the actual car park. My grievance is, when I returned to my car, I discovered that the rear of my car had been extensively damaged by somebody driving into it when they parked their car. The selfish person didn’t leave a note on my car or report the damage to anyone on site, or to APH. I reported the damage immediately, spoke to a manager, who agreed it had been caused by another vehicle and informed me that APH won’t accept any responsibility because they don’t keep the ‘car key’. I asked if they have any CCTV, he didn’t seem to know and advised me to contact customer services. I am now waiting to see whether there is any CCTV footage, but I don’t have much hope. I won’t be parking in this location again or using APH Express. The damage caused has been estimated as being close to £2,000.

Transfer to the airport
Good prices and close to Birmingham Airport. Rather a long wait early morning on Sept 30th (there were quite a lot of people at the bus stop) On return, a very short wait but the driver put us off at the wrong stop and we had to search for the car.

Usually use the APH on Mackadown lane, but found the express on Bickenhill Lane to be quicker and easier .

Transfer to the airport
Difficulty finding site as on-line directions cover approach from Birmingham Airport only not M42 or Coventry - very difficult to find in hours of darkness. Other passengers had the same problem. On return to BHX, waiting with others at Bus-stop A for a 'blue bus', only a white bus arrived and parked. Passengers stood around until eventually someone asked the driver when we could expect the blue bus and was told thst was him. He had a white bus because the blue one was damaged. Quite frustrating after travelling since early morning!

Transfer to the airport
Easy to park directions, but not so easy/straight forward on the pick-up. Wasn't told that different busses have different colour tickets, just to go to Bus Stop A. Clearer information and important information when it comes to collecting your car when leaving the airport would of been helpful. Car park was flooded in areas and due to the amount of pot holes, walking in the dark at 5am with suitcases was extremely difficult.
