“Always use APH and been happy. However Car Park 7 is a let down. Driving behind a bloke in a vehicle, who has told you nothing is rather amateurish. Then it turns out that the bus doesn’t even stop at the nearest bus stop, which if you’ve mobility issues is pretty grim.
Locations great but service is very average.”
“Stressful start to a planned holiday, very poor sign posts and horrendous road works with traffic cones in every direction (not the fault of APH I know) The guy on the gate was very polite and cheerful, but the parking itself was on rugged ground which made pulling cases difficult with elderly relatives and with the prices for parking should be better! The return driver was not very helpful and didn’t wait for an elderly couple to sit down before pulling away. Not sure I’ll use this parking facility in future but in general find APH good.”
“They parked us on wet muddy gravel which transferred to the cases and ruined the wheels. On return they lost our car as gave ticket for zone 7 but was actually parked in zone 2. After being dropped off in zone 7 late cold and dark lugging heavy cases. Finally left express car park 35 minutes later when car was eventually found!”
“The Birmingham car park was awful. Had a job to find it in the dark. The chap gave a blue ticket and said follow thst car. We were in a gravel car park area 2.
It was a struggle with cases yo bus stop and having s dissability was a major ptoblem.
When we came back. Great bus service and dpoke to driver noticing thst ticket said area 3.
He couldn’t be bothered. He called out 6 and 2 so we got off.
It wasn’t 2. Had to walk across carparks to where car parked.
No help what so ever. We have used APH for do many years and now don’t know if we will anymore.”
“Checked registration at barrier had paperwork didn't require.
Follow vehicle round carpark told where to park . Keep car keys bus stop 50 yards away bus arrive about 5min . Travel to airport maybe 10mins at 11.30am.
On return waited 5 min for return bus at 1.30am.
Happy customer.”
