“The bus design is not user friendly for luggage or prams. Why do they not have and entry/exit half way down the bus? This makes boarding/disembarking rather difficult for all passnegers involved, in partcualr if you have large luggage and or a pram. Thanks

On-demand transfers - I'm not sure what this means? Waited 20+ mins for the return journey back to the car. What does on demand mean? Would be useful to clarify
