“The only problem I had was that I made a mistake when booking the parking I didn't account for +1day on my flight home. I tried to contact APH before we were due to fly but I couldn't get through on the Friday and the offices were then close as it was a weekend. I therefore wrote an email, I had a reply to say as they'd had the email after we'd parked we'd have to pay the overstay parking. I thought this was very unfair as they could see the date and time the email was sent. I left it as I wasn't getting anywhere. Anyway, when we picked up the car and exited the car park nothing was mentioned about the overstay and we weren't charged any extra for which we were very grateful. I would definitely use them again as their prices are very reasonable.”
“Lost my keys on Christmas morning so couldn't get home. Hugo Benzo and Fasih Chaudhry (staff at your site at Birmingham Airport) were truly amazing! They organised a taxi to take me home.
