“My flight got cancelled,24 hours before flight APH do not refund your car parking fees unless you give them 48 hours notice .
They suggested I claim on my travel insurance, as I was only go for the week end
And my excess on my travel insurance is £100 that did not work for me .
So basically it cost me to go on a trip that did not happen. Air line refunded our flight in full so why do APH car parks do the same ??????”
“Couldn’t find entrance not signed well , driver dropped us off said zone 7 actually dropped us in zone 6 so couldn’t find our car I had to find the driver who explained zone 7 was behind the trees could have said this on drop off ?”
