“An easy to book service. Upon arrival at the car park, there wasn’t a queue and we were quickly into the car park. A shuttle bus was already at the nearest bus stop so we didn’t have to wait for a bus. We were then dropped right outside the departures door at the Airport. You are given a ticket which is of a particular colour, which is important for use on your return. The ticket also details which bus stop number you have to use on your return journey and which zone area you are parked in. Very useful when you can’t remember! However, upon return, we had a long wait for a shuttle bus to arrive at the bus stop at the airport. As it was very cold, the wait seemed longer than it actually was, but I’d say it was a good 15-20 minutes. We did expect one much sooner. Eventually, 2 buses arrived at the same time, and this is where your colour coded ticket comes in, as one was for ‘white’ tickets and the other ‘blue’ tickets. This ensures you get on the right bus. The bus drive was very jolly and told every passenger that he would give them a shout when their particular zone area was reached. All in all, a very good service. This was the Birmingham Airport service, but we have also used the Leeds/Bradford one as well. Will definitely use again.”
“Car park was right next to Birmingham airport.Parked car and hopped on bus within minutes for a short ride to airport less than 5 minutes.On return waited in bus stop for 5 minutes then taken back to car park.Would recommend this car park.”
“All ran smoothly, bus service good.
One minor thing, due to the efficiancy of the bus services, on arrival we rushed to decant the car & get to the bus which had pulled up & waiting, also the fact we followed a van to our parking area @ 3:30 AM, we did not actually establish our exact parking location, which caused a bit of anxiety & a little searching for the cars.”
