“Very difficult to find, just a small sign on car park entrance. the instructions say not to follow satnav but they give written directions. thease are not correct. would be better to say put in express parking into your sat nav. once we arrived the car park attendant said everyone says that, so AHP kow this but do nothign about it. Also had to park on rough wet ground so pulling a case with wheels was impossible and it made everything dirty.”
“My only problem was trying to find the Express parking at Birmingham Airport. The postcode does not take you to where it is, and the signage is quite small so quite difficult to see when navigating the roundabout it is on. Other than that all great!”
“We use this carpark everytime we fly from bhx. Quick transfers and friendly staff. Massive carpark so take photo of where you left your car especially if you return in the dark.”
“Cost was very reasonable compared to parking at the airport. Transfers were quick with minimal waiting both to and from the airport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only slight negative was that I didn’t spot any APH signs on the roundabout / carpark entrance so asked at the gate hut and was told you’re in the right place (I then spotted the little APH sign on the gate hut). I would definitely use the service again.”
