“on my arrival at this time 18th jan approx 06.30 i was informed by the person on the gate i had cancelled, i knew i had not he questioned if i was a thr correct car park, i was. there then was a delay in allowing me access on the return i was 2 days late due to our flight issues i paid the £20 extra fee and was not questioned at all ref my parking so if it was all good on my return i cannot understand why there was an issue when i arrived.
i checked my APH log in page and it clearly showed i was all good paid etc (my cancellation was last march 2024 which i was fully aware of)”
