“I booked using clubcard vouchers which made it very affordable, given all the other holiday costs. Booking was simple and both parking and collecting our car was quick and easy. What really elevated our experience came when our car battery had died when we returned around midnight. Rizwan pulled over to check on us and brought over a portable jump starter. He helped to get our car started and prevented a horrid end to our holiday. Really appreciated Rizwan going over and above, thank you.”
“Terrible car park. We parked on the gravel car park. Lines are not clear at all and the spaces are tiny. I had to park my car 5 times before I could get into a space where myself and the people parked next to me might just be able to open their doors. Unsurprisingly when I got back to my car there were scratches on the side of my door from where people had clearly opened their door onto my car.”

We appreciate your comments regarding the gravel parking area and the difficulties you encountered when trying to find a suitable space. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have to reposition your vehicle multiple times, particularly when the bay markings were unclear and you felt that the spaces were too narrow.
We are also sorry to learn that you discovered scratches on your vehicle upon your return. We appreciate how upsetting this would be and understand your concern that the limited space available may have contributed to the damage. Whilst we are unable to determine how the scratches occurred, we recognise the frustration this has caused.
