“Very easy to find and escorted to parking area. Bus straight to the terminal. Would recommend this service to anyone driving and parking at the airport”
“The car park is run by Airparks in conjunction with APH. it was easy to find. You are greeted by a guy in a kiosk at the entrance and told to wait for an escort car. You follow this car that takes you to a certain zone in the car park and indicates a parking space. This saves you hunting for a space. You make your way to the nearest bus stop and the bus takes about five minutes to reach the terminal.
On return you wait at bus stop A outside arrivals and the bus then takes you back to the car park and you get off your zone.
The guy in the kiosk and the two bus drivers were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this car park.”
“Excellent location to airport but unfortunately the un surfaced car park is enough to put anyone off, could really do with being tarmaced as really muddy underfoot”
“On entering the car park we had a long wait to get to the entrance as checking in cars was very slow. Once we were parked a bus arrived after 5 mins to take us to the airport but this also took a long time. We got on the bus with quite a few other people, the bus moved to the next stop where we waited for a good 10 mins, i have no idea why, other passengers went to the bus driver to ask when we were going to move. On returning back to Birmingham we saw the queue for the bus & joined it, we could not get on the first bus as it was full so waited for the next one. A bus did arrive 15 mins later but only white tickets, another 15 mins later a bus turned up, we had waited 35 mins in the cold & wet evening. The bus driver said he was the only driver on, not good service at all”
