It was easy to find a space. Zones were clearly marked. The bus came very quickly at both ends. Will definitely use these again.”
“On departure day despite the fact it was silly o’clock the greeter and driver at Birmingham were both remarkably cheerful and polite. On the way back the driver was similarly helpful. We didn’t have to wait long for the bus at either end of the journey and the trip itself literally took less than five minutes. Excellent service.”
“Easy to find using the insructions provided. Staff on the gate were very helpful and guided us to the parking location for the bus transfer. We were given a ticket which showed our car parking zone which was a helpful reminder and this also was used as our bus ticket for the transfer home. We were transfered to the terminal quickly. Upon return there was a short wait for the but (about 5 mins) and then a quick transfer back to the car. Would recommend.”
