Does what it needs to, easy to find and really close to the airport. Regular buses and very helpful staff especially the bus driver who helped with lifting the bags. Only downside was the quality of the car park itself, mixture of tarmac and mud parking area. Pot holes and when we returned in the rain the suitcases and us were a bit muddy!

Always use Aps express when flying from Birmingham. The staff are helpful & friendly & it's only 3 minutes from the airport.

Easy to book via Tesco Clubcard. Everything went very well. Very short drive from car park to B'ham airport.

I have put that I would not reccomend due to the state of the carpark that we were parked on Zone 2. I paid extra so that we were on a carpark with a 3 minute transfer to the airport departures. I did however expect to be parked on a dirt track that was full of pot holes. This made it difficult to pull the cases that were on wheels as they kept getting stuck. We ended up haveing to carry the cases until we got onto the road for the bus stop. There was also inadequate lighting which meant you could not actaully see the bumps and pot holes. Its an accident waiting to happen. On our return the car park was a mud bath due to torrential rain and was even worse to manouvre the cases and left our feet and footwell of the car absolutely filthy. We paid more for the convenience of parking at the airport but got basically a place that was unfit for purpose. I cannot fault the staff at the end of the day it is not their fault. I have not been able to fault the carpark whish is about 15 minutes away which we have used on numerous occasions in the past. But this particular car park is nothing more than a glorified field.

Used many imes. 5 mins transfer on a modern bus to the airport. No need to contact when returned as you just wait for the bus to come. Easy, polite staff. Will use again.

Early morning flight, so 4.30 am book in at carpark, approximately 7 cars in front of us checking in with the staff member in the booth, which seemed to take forever cars behind us were actually having to queue on and around the roundabout. Once checked in had pull up and wait for approximately 3 cars to join the queue before having to follow member of staff to go show us where to park, once on bus sat for approximately half hour waiting for bus to fill up before journey to airport, so really didnt leave much time actually to get a drink or anything before having to board plane, as airport was particularly very busy at that time.

Always been a great service except when our flight too Dubai was callcelled due too the war in the middle east.I wanted to amend the booking too another date with APH but this was refused.
