“I thought the service was extremely good and very professional. We only had to wait a few minutes for collection both after parking our car and collecting it late at night. I'd certainly consider using their service again in the future.”
“The service was impressively straightforward. On arrival, our car’s registration was automatically recognised, and we were handed a slip of paper indicating the location of our parking bay to keep for the return journey —we snapped a photo of it just in case. We were then directed to follow a staff-driven vehicle to our designated space.
Complimentary shuttle buses take you from the car park to the airport terminals. We arrived during peak time and unfortunately missed one, resulting in a 30-minute wait for the next. I’d recommend allowing a full hour to park, wait, and transfer to the terminal—our experience confirmed this was a sensible buffer. When our bus arrived, not everyone fit onboard, so some had to wait for another.
On our return, the transfer was far quicker—it was late at night, the bus was empty, and it parked right outside the arrivals area. The ease and efficiency really depend on when you travel.
Overall, the process was simple and well-organised. For the price, it’s an excellent service. Just be sure to keep your keys with you and stored securely.”
