“Return journey to the car park, Birmingham (19/07/25) at Bus Stop A.
Simple questions, by at least 3 passengers to the bus attendant (who was leaving the bus), was met with sarcasm and a curt and abrupt manner. These people were elderly, with one stating she had been spoken to like a child. Our question was also answered in this manner and it is unacceptable. This man made no allowance for the fact that these customers had just come off long flights etc. His contempt was palpable and a shock, after receiving only courtesy from everyone whilst abroad and within the airports etc. The young driver who took us to the car park was excellent.
Whilst I understand that attendants may feel exasperated at times, I witnessed unwarranted behaviour. Please improve your customer service training.”
“Super efficient. A small car lead us directly to our parking spot. We didn't need to wait for our bus; maybe we we're just lucky but this was both there and back. Will definitely use again.”
“Not really impressed as we were 40 minutes getting into the airport due to the wrong address given on the confirmation. After going to the named car park on the confirmation email and also the address given, which both were wrong. Tried calling the helpline number on the email which no one answered. You really need to give all the correct information.
The car park is extremely tight I struggled to park my car and again struggled getting out. It is just a gravel car park with no parking lines. For the sake of an extra £10 I will go back to using the main airport carparks.”
