“going to the airport greatg coming back unacceptable, was just at the return pick up point with my ticket in hand the driver could clearly see it and me but chose to drive off , I then had to wait over an hour before he came back, I chalanged him on why did he not let me get on before he just laughted , He was asked by the other people who had been waiting over an hour where had he been he said that there was a problem with the fuel line and laughfed it off these busses are all electric!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
