“The whole process from booking the parking to picking up our car at the end of our trip was efficient. However, compared with our experiences at APH Gatwick it was not quite as good. My main quibble was a lack of information - we were just given a flimsy piece of paper with a bar code which we had to assume was how we got our keys back at the end of the trip. It would have been quite easy to mistake this for a shopping receipt and to throw it out. The shuttle bus service was not as frequent - 25 mins is too long to wait in the cold if you have just missed a bus. (The bus tracker worked well). Our car was not in its stated parking spot when we returned - it was 10 spaces further up. This was quite heartstopping until we saw our lights flash in response to our key. Finally, we had no idea how to get out of the car park - normally we are given a code. I assume we just had to wait until the barrier was lifted - but it was not at all clear - we actually pressed the "help" button. More written information would just ease some travel anxiety.”
