“On return it took an age for the bus to come ... longer than 25 minutes as stated in your details, the driver wasn't particularly pleasant or very helpful. When we collected our keys, the reference number for where our car was parked was completely wrong, both the letter & the number,taking us an age to locate our car and meaning a longer delay in us getting home. Very disappointed in the service on the return journey, plus there was damage to our car which wasn't there when we dropped it off. Shan't be using you again”
