“This was our second time using the Birmingham APH, and fourth time using APH. They are our preferred airport parking company, always just outside the airport, so we don't get that last minute panic of finding, parking and being late for check in. The site is well organised, clean and tidy. The workers are all friendly and helpful and the buses run regularly.
This was our first time getting our keys back from a machine, rather than a person, it went seamlessly, although I can imagine there could be challenges if you've lost your little ticket while on holiday, but I'm sure they'll have a work around in place.”

“Drop & go was great, and very easy. Buses don't run that frequently but they are clean and the staff were friendly.
Make sure you board the right bus back to the car park as there are 2 APH car parks. Collecting keys from the lock box can be chaotic if the bus is busy but didn't cause us an issue.
As your car is parked for you, you don't know where it is exactly, so finding it in the rain was frustrating.”
