“Easy booking and payment process. Good value parking with flexible options offering no cancellation or with cancellation depending upon what you are prepared to pay. We use APH booking and parking for the majority of our foreign travel. Our booking on this occasion was for Airparks, Mackadown Lane, Birmingham which worked perfectly. On arrival the ANPR barrier lifted and we were met by a member of staff who directed us with clear instructions. We dropped the car off, left the keys, boarded the shuttle bus after a 10 minute wait and in the airport terminal 10 minutes later. On our return, the shuttle bus pulled up just as we left the terminal and we retrieved our keys using the same ticket as used for the shuttle bus. Our car was immediately outside the reception and we were soon on our way home when the automatic barrier lifted. Excellent service.”
