“This was my first time using this service. It was convenient and easy to get to other terminals from T5. The pick-up bus arrived promptly within 10 minutes.
Although the carpark is large, finding an available parking space immediately proved to be slightly challenging.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider using this service again in the future.”

“On an early morning arrival in darkness (about 6 am), the internal signage and lighting were poor and there was no direction to where spaces were available. I ended up driving the wrong way along a lane and had to reverse back as a bus was coming the other way! Eventually found a space and parked up. On our return 2 weeks later, drove to the exit barrier put the ticket in and was amazed to find it registering £552 - I had pre-paid! Pressing the contact button, the agent I spoke to eventually sorted problem out and we gratefully exited the car park. This car park is in a good location for T5 travellers, but a few changes as indicated would greatly improve the experience and customer satisfaction.”
