“The barrier didn't lift when I arrived on my prepaid parking. A month b4 arriving at long stay I changed car details ( different reg) and had confirmation of this but still the registration wasn't recognised, I had to take a ticket to get in. On return I called the barrier help button and the assistant confirmed the booking and opened the barrier which was great. In the end all went well.”
“easy and convenient to use. Only issue we had was on our return. There were 4 of us with 8 suitcases we didn't realise we had to ring the bell on the bus for the driver to stop and ended up quite a way from our car, we'd deliberately parked behind a bus stop when we arrived to make the return easier!!”
“Everything went smoothly. The barrier opened automatically on entry and exit. As with all large open car parks the main problem is searching for a space but luckily I found one quite quickly by the fence.”
“We pre booked our parking/hotel package a few weeks before our trip, however when we arrived it wouldn’t reckognise my number plate or our booking reference, after a long time on the phone at the gate we were advised to simply take a ticket and call again when we left if it didn’t work. Sure enough when we came to leave it showed as unpaid, and we had to spend longer on the phone trying to prove our parking even though we had our booking reference etc. I struggle a lot with anxiety and this set me off into a panic attack when starting our holiday, after booking this to make this smoother and easier”
