“I booked a package of a hotel room and parking. The hotel had somehow got my name wrong so said i didnt have a booking but after 20 mins of messing around on the phone they found it . The barcode i was sent with my booking did not allow me to enter the car park as it should have so had to seek assistance to enter and then it would not let me out at the end of my holiday and had to seek assistance again . im gussing there is an issue with the booking process as each time i had to get help they couldnt find my details until they asked the question..... did you book a package ?”
“There were not enough parking spaces for people with blue badges.
My car was damaged while it was parked and there was no one on site to report the damage to.”
“It was not clear that there would be no human interaction at the check in. I sorted it out eventually but I would have preferred more prominent advance notice that I just had to find a spot anywhere and go to the nearest bus stop”
